We Spring Bail Bonds is comprised of individuals who have a healthy appetite for excellence in all areas of our work life. We Spring was formed with the idea of a bail bond agency who wanted to bring a more positive experience and outlook on our industry. Bail bonding is a valuable service as well as an American Right. Bail bonds should not be confusing, stressful, and most importantly…..the bail bondsman should treat you as a decent human being who passes no judgment. All of our branches and agents undergo the same process of training, understanding our code of professionalism, and that the bail client is a human being who deserves respect no matter the situation. BAIL MADE SIMPLE
Our mission is to focus heavily on our customers and bring our concepts of bail bonding to local markets that makes the process stress free, hassle free, and nonjudgmental. Bringing families together, ensuring your right to be free on bail during the court process and that your innocence is preserved until proven otherwise. BAIL MADE SIMPLE
A bail bond is a written promise issued by the Courts to allow a defendant (who is being held in a detention facility) to obtain a release from jail while going to court with a financial guarantee through a Bail Bondsman. Think how much time you lose in your life staying in jail IF YOU ARE INNOCENT. You could be FREE the whole time.
A defendant will be arrested and detained at a local jail. They will have a bond hearing, charges are presented, a bond amount is then issued by the Court. The defendant will be allowed a phone call, to call We Spring Bail Bonds, and also you the family member to be a ‘cosigner’ upon the bond. You the family member (cosigner) will pay We Spring Bail Bonds a State regulated fee of typically 10-15% of the full bond amount. We Spring Bail Bonds will pledge 100% of the full bond amount with the Courts. The Court will require We Spring Bail Bonds to make sure that the defendant will appear at all court appearances or pay the full bond amount if the defendant does not show for their court appearances.
An indemnitor (also known as ‘the cosigner’) is generally a family member or friend of the defendant, who guarantees to indemnify We Spring Bail Bonds that if we have to pay the Courts the full bond amount due to the defendant’s failure to appear, will reimburse We Spring Bail Bonds with collateral or cash equivalent payments.
We Spring Bail Bonds is dedicated to making sure bail is fully accessible and affordable for all clients of We Spring. In doing so, for our qualified customers during the application process, We Spring Bail Bonds will discuss if needed an affordable & easy payment plan. Our payment plans are streamlined and made for auto payment. No need to leave your house to bring “cash” to the local bail bond office anymore. PAYMENTS MADE EASY
